High precision dedusting and recycling of industrial catalyst gas with dust in order to achieve the purpose of clean production can not only solve the problem of environmental pollution, but also can reduce the economic losses brought by loss of the value catalyst and achieve considerable environmental and economic benefits.

 

Supported on its own patented technology with Patent No. 201020645753.5 Lanke researched and developed the high precision dedusting and recycling system. With the high strength, high precision, high porosity and low specific resistance filter media and multi-zone design, the system can deal with the gas of dust concentration is more than 500g/ Nm3 by automatic back flushing each area. With more than 3 years of continuous operation, clean gas filtered by the system meet the requirements of various conditions and the the lowest concentration of dust emissions is less than 1mg/Nm3, which reaches the international advanced level.

 

The system is used in the area of petrochemical and coal chemical industry for the gas filtering and dedusting and the catalyst recycling of high temperature gas with high concentration of catalyst dust. The key characteristics of this technology are the high filtering precision, long service life, small differential pressure and suitable temperature can reach 800 degree centigrade.The system has been successfully applied to many sets of industrial equipment and achieved remarkable results in domestic.
